The service provides a private cockpit, macro and company views, monitoring rules, alerts, a daily brief and a limited history. Availability may depend on the sources and the quality of their data.
01Terms of use
A clearly defined service, with explicit rules.
These terms govern all access to l0g Watch, whether complimentary, administrative or subscription-based. The terms of sale that apply to subscriptions are published separately on l0g.fr.

// purpose and boundaries
A monitoring service, not portfolio management.
Watch brings together sourced information and organises it according to the account holder’s preferences.Watch does not know the account holder’s assets, objectives or risk tolerance. It does not place orders, hold assets or promise returns. Every decision remains the responsibility of the person making it.
A source may be delayed, corrected or unavailable. Watch reports known degraded states, rejects data that falls outside its contract and may recompute a reading when the source is corrected.
// account and holder
Personal access that cannot be transferred.
The account holder must use an email address they control and keep their account information current. They must not create an account for another person without permission.
Passwords, passkeys, activation codes and sessions are personal. Any suspected compromise should be reported promptly to olivier@l0g.fr.
// fair use and security
Security controls must not be bypassed.
Prohibited conduct includes sharing access, impersonation, attempting to access another account, exploiting a vulnerability, denial of service, abusive automated extraction, bypassing limits, introducing malicious code and any use that breaches the law or a third party’s rights.
A vulnerability may be reported in good faith to olivier@l0g.fr. You must not access data that is not yours, maintain persistence in the system or disclose private data.
// availability and maintenance
Designed for continuity, without pretending to be real time.
l0g maintains Watch with proportionate backup, isolation and monitoring measures. Maintenance, a source outage, a network incident or a security measure may nevertheless interrupt some or all of the service temporarily.
Alerts and briefs are monitoring deliveries, not market notifications guaranteed to the second. Known delays are identified as such. Statutory rights relating to service conformity remain unaffected.
// proportionate suspension
A reasoned, reversible restriction.
l0g may restrict or suspend access following non-payment, compromise, an attack, prohibited use or an immediate risk to the service or a third party. Any measure is limited to what is necessary.
The account holder receives the reason and a route to resolve the matter, unless a security emergency requires the incident to be contained first. A decision made in error may be challenged by contacting olivier@l0g.fr.
// cancellation and account closure
Two separate actions, both available to the account holder.
A subscription can be managed and cancelled through the link in My access. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and keeps access available until the end of the period already paid for, unless a withdrawal right or a more favourable rule applies.
Once paid access has ended, My data lets the account holder export their data and request closure. Sessions, passkeys, preferences, rules and private histories are then removed in accordance with the privacy notice.
// documents and changes
A dated version for each set of terms.
The terms of sale cover price, payment, withdrawal, cancellation and the statutory guarantee. The privacy notice describes the data, purposes, retention periods and rights.
A material change to these terms will be announced before it takes effect. It will not retroactively remove an acquired right or alter a period already paid for outside the applicable legal framework.
